You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FANGUO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become immediately due
  • Each party shall return or destroy confidential information
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if negotiation fails, through the courts of Kunming, Yunnan Province.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
